General Contracting

As your general contractor, SJS will manage all aspects of your project, including: coordination with owners, owners’ reps, and subcontractors; providing supervision, safety managers, and 24/7 project management

Construction Management

Construction management services provided by SJS ensure that projects move from inception to execution smoothly, helping to avoid lengthy bidding processes .This service can be provided Fee or GMP based.

Building Services and Repairs

Construction may be complete but that doesn’t mean there isn’t work to do. SJS offers 24/7 maintenance and emergency services, with a dedicated in-house team of technicians and trade laborers handling most tasks.

Structural and Architectural Metals

SJS owns and operates a Six Thousand Square Foot metal fabrication shop. We fabricate structural steel as well as architectural metals.

Industrial Blasting and Coating

SJS can handle your blasting and coating needs, including removal of the toughest coatings in almost any application. SJS has specialized blasting and coating equipment to handle these vital maintenance procedures to ensure the long term stability of your facilities

A Bit About Us

SJS was established in 1991. After 10 years as Project Manager with SJS, Deniz Gurcan purchased SJS in 2001.

The initial focus of the firm concentrates on commercial construction for companies such as CVS, Home Depot, and National Grid to name a few.

Within the next ten years, SJS purchased a structural and architectural metals firm and relocated to a new, larger building which could house both firms. Prevailing wage projects also became a new area of consideration.

Most recently within the past five years we continue to nurture strong relationships within those fields. SJS concentrates on larger, private commercial projects, often exceeding two million dollars.

Currently, a majority of SJS’ projects come directly from architects and owner’s reps. We provide reliable and speedy facility repair services under our Service Division twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
